Our policy gives you the right to terminate our services at any time. You need to let us know what is making you unhappy with our work and give us the chance to fix it. If we are unable to make it better, we will give you back all legal fees paid to our firm in the last 30 days**.
We will also send you regular client satisfaction surveys to make sure we are meeting your expectations. You acknowledge that if you fail to participate in the monthly client satisfaction surveys, you waive your right to the money-back guarantee.
At most law firms, if a client were unhappy, the law firm would probably not take responsibility for failing to meet the client’s expectations. At Grimaldi Law Firm, that is not acceptable.
While the Florida Bar prohibits us from making “Performance Guarantees” or “Results Guarantees” (things like “your closing will not have any problems,” or “your estate plan will never be contested”) our main priority is making sure you are satisfied with the valuable services we provide so that you may reach your goals. Reaching your goals is our goal!
